Pho was good and tasty but they put the bean sprouts at the bottom of the bowl. So it’s not ideal to eat if you don’t eat bean sprouts.

The owner there is VERY NICE. The girls there need to be friendly and work on their serving skills, bigtime!

This place is great. You get a ton of food for what you pay. The service was nice and quick as well. Definitely better than most other places in the Metrotown area.

This is an absolutely amazing restaurant. The food is fantastic the staff are really friendly and the prices are quite reasonable the soup that they have for sale it’s just most tastiest ever. I’m also big fan of their lemongrass chicken and rice. Their little spring rolls if they sell I like the best in my opinion for Asian style restaurant they’re not greasy or oily and they don’t have a weird taste. The owner is actually the chef her self and every time I go there she’s friendly and smile‘s and is really rather delightful. The portions you get for the price you pay is really reasonable. I take my children and they love it. If you’re looking for a good Pho restaurant this is definitely a good stop. It’s Vietnamese flavours will tantalize your taste buds and delete your mood has you scarf down some delicious noodles and lemongrass dishes that are just amazing.

The Pho is not bad ($10 - $12). The service is fast and friendly. The place is small and can get very busy at lunchtime. They are close on Mondays.

Try the spicy beef noodle soup, its one of a kind

Three star for a rude waitress, after we sat down and started looking at the menu, she came over like in less than a minute asking if we are ready to order, we said not yet, she came by again after like 30 seconds and again we said no, and she came asking again after another 30 seconds！ so she basically came over 3 times within just two minutes, unbelievable and she had zero expression on her face. Its not like there is a long lineup for tables, it was 1:30 and the restaurant is half empty. I guess she wants to take her break asap.The owner/waiters were very nice however, and the food is great.

I've been here on many an occasion, the prices are really good, the Vietnamese subs are delicious. If you're new to Vietnamese food and are a bit shy to try, this is a really good place to go. Getting the platters of food will only cost around 11 dollars, but they give you a lot. If you're new to using chopsticks they will give you folks as well. I've not had a problem with them yet, and in honesty they've been a godsend when I was a bit low price wise. Their food was always consistent too. The BIGGEST problem is you do have to be careful what time you come it can be very busy and cramp mid day, if you find it's to busy and it's before five you can grab one of their subs to go, you wont regret it.

Decent pho around Metrotown area. They serve the chop suey directly in the soup which I find unusual.

I've never had a bad dish at this place. I usually get their special beef noodle and soup or the veggie spring roll (substitute pork) and tofu on vermicelli. Usually really busy around lunch time but worth the wait.

Not expensive and taste good

Vietnamese that tastes great for a non-Vietnamese audience. The flavours are great, but not necessarily traditional (though the owner and chef are Vietnamese). Grilled pork was a bit too salty, the spring rolls are Vietnamese style - a bit chewy. Pho was flavourful but lacked the "sweet" beef base flavour that comes from hours of stewing.

I had #1 Pho for lunch, and it was pretty good. They put all the vegetables inside the soup first, so you don't have to do the extra work. I would definetely come back for more. Meow!

Very good lemongrass pork chop!

One of my favorite Vietnamese food place. The food is delicious and prices are reasonable.

Generally good, typical Vietnamese food. Sandwiches, grilled meat rice/vermicelli dishes and soups are all very good. Spring rolls are alright but not excellent. But their homemade chili oil is AMAZING. It is actually fairly hot and has a really nice flavour that has some depth but won't overpower the taste of the grilled foods. It may be a stupid thing to rant about, but it elevates this spot above any nearby competition for me, including Viet Noodle Guy.

Taste good. If you don't eat the coriander, tell the server to take it out.

#1 House special with beef balls, plenty of sliced beef, and nicely textured tripe. The soup is hearty without the MSG thirst that comes after some pho. #15 lemongrass chicken was juicy and tender with a great fresh salad on the side. Five stars for the tasty food at great value.

Great food and fast.

One of my regulars for Pho in Burnaby. It might get busy but they are quick in turnaround. The tomato seafood patty vermicelli is a special option if you want something different than the regular pho.

Very fast service and they're all very friendly! Really was quick but the ingredients tasted fresh. I enjoyed my vegetarian soup. It was a bit different with tomatoes, pineapple, hot peppers, tofu and mint all in one soup but i think it worked. Love the mango & basil salad roll too.

Ordered the beef stew... The broth was delicious. The meat was tender but there was a bit more fat on the meet than what I typically like. Still a very enjoyable meal for the price.

Always a good sign when a restaurant is busy, and there are always people in here. Food is tasty - my rotating favourites are rare beef pho, beef and carrot stew, and grilled pork vermicelli. Service is friendly and efficient.

Nice portions great value

My overall experience was meh. I ordered the beef stew and oh boy was it greasy. My friend ordered the brisket beef soup and it was quite good. The salad rolls were fresh and refreshing. The atmosphere was a bit cramped for my liking and it wasn’t family friendly. Would not recommend it to anyone but if you’re going there, choose wisely when looking at the menu.

I am so glad they have reopen for pickup. I have been eating at Ha Cafe for many years. I miss their foods in the last few weeks since they closed due to Covid-19 pandemic. They make authentic Vietnanese food here. It is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants along Kingsway you will find. The Service is good and the portions are big. They run a very sucessful business so it gets pretty busy. If you are allergic to something, you will have to tell them. They are happy to cater to your needs. I refer all my family and friends to eat here.

It's just average. The staff was pleasant. But I asked for spicy - it was not. the flavour was pretty bland. I won't be returning.

Good food and very friendly place to have a quick lunch.
